The 1940-1942 Dodge Custom Convertible put a facelift on the 1940 body,
featuring a more massive divided grille. The distinctive Dodge ram mascot was
now unrecognizable. No-cost Custom features included foam seat cushions, dual
electric wipers, and a passenger's door armrest. For 1942, the dull six was
stroked to 230.2 cubic inches, a size that would be continued at Dodge all the
way up through 1959.
